Yesterday’s all design team session was a blinder. Designers from each product team had 5 minutes to show some work, talk about what’s going well and explain the challenges they’re facing. Co-op Digital design team sat in an auditorium watching a presentation.

We’re working on a redesign for Funeralcare. We’re developing the visual design direction, as shown by @GailMellows. @hannahhorton showed discovery work to understand our clients needs, behaviours and the touch points our service needs to offer.

3. An audit of shared components across their sites.

Digital skills are working with non-digital teams across the business to run collaborative discoveries and share agile ways of working. Bill Croson and @MarianneKnowles shared what they’d found had been successful, and what hadn’t worked.
@davecunningham talked through the 3 objectives he’s working on in DesignOps.
1. To remove doubt in design.
2. To make research accessible to everyone.
3. To provide momentum and measurement.
