Thread: 15 Dubious VAR decisions against Manchester City since it’s introduction..
1. Llorente using his arm to score. Admitted to using his arm after the game but somehow officials missed it.
2. Son “offside”. Son was ruled onside as you can’t score with your arm, Llorente then went on to score with his arm in the second leg. This angle shows it’s more than his arm offside.
3. Sterling offside vs West Ham. VAR managed to call Son onside in the previous tweet but Sterling offside in almost 2 identical situations, both times Sterling should’ve been ruled on.
4. The second “offside” that had no influence on the outcome and clearly shows Sterling to be level. Since he plays for City they favour the opposition.
5. The Spurs game. 3 VAR decisions that went against us. The first was the Rodri penalty, as clear as they come but Michael Oliver missed it and VAR didn’t overturn.
6. Rose pull on Aguero. It doesn’t get much more obvious than this but VAR officials were taking their lunch at the time.
7. Laporte “handball”. Officials that were clearly back from lunch now manage to notice the slightest handball, that had no influence on the direction of the ball. Jesus still had to bring it down and finish it nicely, but they couldn’t let us win in the 90th minute.
8. Back to the Champions League now. 3 blatant decisions that VAR and the ref ignored. BT pundits spoke on how obvious the decisions were and Peter Walton (former ref) agreed at least 2 were stonewall penalties. The first was this handball...
9. The second was the Gundogan jump in the back...
10. And the third and most blatant was the Aguero trip. How can 3 decisions go completely ignored?
11. Another 3 decisions in the biggest game of the season so far, the first another obvious handball by Trent. Liverpool went on to score 22 seconds later meaning a hand was used in the build up to the goal. VAR officials also ignored this.
12. The Salah offside that wasn’t checked.
13. The Mané push on Sterling. Biggest game of the season ruined by VAR.
14. David Silva trip vs Bournemouth, the likes of Mané getting penalties for less of a trip a few weeks later.
15. Another push on De Bruyne. Zaha with no intention for the ball lost his man so took out KDB, refs shouldn’t be missing these decisions never mind VAR.
I shouldn’t need to do threads like this. I want to be able to watch my team play football and not get screwed by officials on a quite regular basis. 15 times since the 9th April 2019. This many decisions shouldn’t be missed in such a short space of time.

End of thread.
