I started #lchf 3 years ago, I joined Twitter soon after to gain a better understanding of the science and issues around it. 1/15
I was in pain, unable to exercise as much, always hungry, and drinking too much. 4/15
It failed.( I gave it to a relative). I joined a gym and paid a PT 10 sessions in advance so I was committed. I put on weight , mostly fat not much muscle, and it made me hungrier when I went. 6/15
I ate a healthy diet, my wife is an extremely good cook, and knows a lot about food. 7/15
But he had lost 10 kg. I thought to myself, yeh he's lost weight, so what. Then I thought some more , and a lightbulb went off. 9/15
I googled for 2 days straight, and thought ok, I'll see if this works, just for a few days, it surely can't , it's snake oil.
It was tough, but I stuck with it, I've had doubts , but it's worked. I've posted my results over this time. 10/15
If one approach doesn't work, modify it, if it still doesn't work, try something else. If it's keto vegan do that, if it's calorie counting, do that, if it's jogging, do that, etc13/15
I don't have the answers, I don't pretend too. I do know that , so far I've regained my health, and so have many others.14/15
