The language used by Islamic rapists of Yezidis, and their belief that Islam authorized it, is exactly the language used by Islamic grooming gangs in the UK, of Pakistani origin, and is the same justification given by Muslims rapists in India.

Victim of Muslim grooming gangs in UK says perpetrators told her:

1. Non-hjiabi, non-Muslim women are sluts for not covering up.

2. Rape of "non-believing" women is lawful and pleasing to their god.

How do you explain the consistency of this belief?

What texts do #ISIS follow, please tell.

What religion were they converting Yezidi at gunpoint to?

What sources were they quoting as scripture? What religion was Baghdadi a PhD scholar of?

Here are facts for you @itweepp. Feel free to dispute them.

@itweepp #ISIS specifically targetted Yezidi girls because as polytheists they were "lower" than other People of the Book in Islamic law. This was deliberate and pre-planned.

There is not a single major Hindu institution which is systematically studying comparative religion, or evangelical strategies.

There are hundreds of Christian and Islamic institutions like that, which have State support.

The one major Hindu country has an anti-Hindu State.
The meme of "secularism", which in India stands for promoting world-dominant #ChristoIslam under the garb of "minority rights" has been used to turn the State completely anti-Hindu.

Far from creating institutional support for Hindu civilization, the State is setup against it.
So, as evangelical religions attack Hinduism with hundreds of billions of dollars of funding, the Indian State ALSO funds them via "minority" schemes. At the same time it systematically robs Hindu temples, prevents Hindu education.

Ford Foundation first funded sex-determination tests in India in the 1970s and promoted sex-selective abortion. This "modern family planning" was later demonized and blamed on native culture.

Reading book "Who are the Jews of India." It says Aristotle proposed that Jews descended from Indian Brahmins, which would add another twist to the "Hindu-Yehudi" conspiracy theories as well as the current day demonization of Brahmins, much like anti-Semitism.
But it is fascinating that Brahmins were translated to "philosopher" in Greek. It is only after Christianity that it starts to get translated as "priest."

Christianity saw "religion" wherever it went, since it believed "God gave religion to all people, which Satan corrupted."

I know sensationalism sells, and financial profit means more to media outlets than ethics, but first:

Please stop amplifying and implementing ISIS’ agenda and propaganda.

Do you realize a headline like this is what they hope for?
Do you know, @SkyNews, that ISIS forces children to commit atrocities on camera with uncovered faces to ensure that the world sees them as monsters and beyond redemption?

Remarkably irresponsible, and horrific way to treat a 10 year old without agency who needs help as well.
I wrote about this issue in response to other media coverage of ISIS children — because @SkyNews (and the rest) need to understand what they’re doing:

You’re doing ISIS’ work for them — and further brutalizing innocent children that need intervention.

Here’s a Hot Take that’s probably also going to be an Unpopular Opinion: While overcrowded, noisy & flawed in key ways, #AlitaBattleAngel is the first US live action anime/manga adaptation that feels like it deserved to be made.

I had fun & wanted to know what happened next.
I want to write a piece on why Hollywood live-action anime/manga have historically been awful failures and why #AlitaBattleAngel *kind of* succeeds (and points the way to how future adaptations could succeed better). @IndraniNY, interested?
Note: The eyes were a part of why #AlitaBattleAngel worked. I would never suggest doing it as a rule for anime/manga adaptations, but for THIS story, which ultimately is all about the uncanny valley (!), Rodriguez’s controversial decision paid off.

Tonight, the 1st of my 2-part series on #ISIS’s resurgence in Iraq airs on @PBS @NewsHour Weekend. In cooperation w/ @theIFUND, I spent 3 weeks traveling across 3 provinces to investigate the extent to which ISIS has regrouped after its official defeat last year.
In August, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi released a new audio recording in which he pointed to #Iraq as the epicenter of #ISIS's resurgence. The facts on the ground suggest that this is not just an ambition the group aspires to in the future - it’s already a reality.
ISIS attacks in the rural areas around Tuz Khurmatu, Kirkuk and Hawija aren’t an exception - they’ve become an almost daily occurrence for the civilians who live there. What’s more - #Iraq’s security forces appear ill-equipped to face #ISIS in its insurgent form.

After 70 years of imperial/neoliberal indoctrination the web of lies is so obviously absurde (9/11, Skripal, WH = ISIS, etc.), that it is dissoluting. The empathetic humanity connects, closes ranks and sends their eternal psychopathic rulers and their lackeys into nowhere land.
The "evil empire" is a lifelong three year old child. I certainly loved my children at that age too, however only because they created not only a surreal mess, but also made steady progress.

A great documentary about psychopathy and society:
The elite invented "democracy" to protect them from the empathetic people. The media are their means for misleading the people sedated by "democracy". This is definitely a bad thing since the people have become educated and the elite almost totally insane.
