Trump's lawyers say showdown with House committee over financial docs is a "case of firsts" 
So there are now two Trump appeals pending at the Supreme Court seeking to prevent his financial records being turned over to:
1 - Congress
2 - NY grand jury
1 - Congress
2 - NY grand jury
Case number 3 could be on the way: There's also likely to be a stay application from Trump seeking to prevent docs held by Deutsche Bank and Capital One from being handed to Congress
In Trump's Supreme Court appeal filed today in House subpoena fight over financial records, lawyers say no objection to the court hearing the case quickly this term. "Petitioners are prepared to proceed on any schedule the court deems appropriate"
