OK, I was serious asking about Design Thinking.

If you could get your leadership to understand one thing about what it takes to do good design, what would it be?

You can DM me something to tweet, if you'd like to remain anonymous.
From the DMs:

"You have to fundamentally change the way you build products to incorporate design. You can't tack design on to business as usual and expect it to be successful."
"Our large company is not humble enough—we are so successful right?—to understand that we should help customers to find the right problem to solve and guide them to solve it. We don't know the domain of a client more than our clients themselves. We don't accept that."
"You can't avoid talking to end-users forever. If it’s filtered up from the client side PM & then down from the project team PM that is a massive game of broken telephone. Start by staffing the front-line support team properly. It will be enlightening about the mental model gaps"
"'Don't just talk about it, do it !' Too many stakeholders take design thinking as just a public posture and do not care about the use of it."
"It’s okay/vital to reframe a problem if your research points in that direction. Especially if you are tackling large/wicked problems. Generally takes way too long to turn the ship."
