ex.

stock A has a $2 EPS & P/E of 6
stock B has a $4 EPS & P/E of 3

people are willing to pay more for stock A they are for B based on current numbers.

(no P/E ratio meaning the company has no earnings or is losing money)

Fabriquer du ciment, en gros et en très simplifié, ça consiste à chauffer du calcaire et de l’argile à quelque chose comme 1 450°C pour en faire des clinkers qui, une fois broyés, donneront du ciment. #Thread
Le problème, c’est que non seulement le processus chimique décrit ci-dessus émet une quantité effroyable de Co2 dans l’atmosphère mais en plus, vous imaginez bien que pour chauffer à 1 450°C, on consomme pas mal d’énergie fossile.
Bref, produire une tonne de ciment, ça rejette quelque chose comme 900 kg de Co2 dans l’atmosphère. Raison pour laquelle on estime que cette industrie est responsable à elle-seule de 7 à 8% des émissions d’origine humaines.

REACh signifie "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals”. Son objectif est d’harmoniser sur le sol européen le recensement et la connaissance des produits #chimiques et donc la protection de la #santé humaine et de l’#environnement. Rien que ça.
