Judge Sullivan is simply wrong. He's doing the wrong thing to our hero, @GenFlynn. It doesn't take much imagination to see the look of stern glee on his face as he drops his gavel. The hammer falls on Flynn, now.

Although the name "Brandon Van Grack" appears on the court filings in the Flynn case as the gov't prosecutor, the person @SidneyPowell1 is actually fighting to expose is THIS weasel:

Setting aside that the statement is factually false, there is something about Judge Sullivan politically pious ejaculation in court that commands a closer look. In full disclosure, I don't know the judge but I appeared before him once while practicing in DC.
At that time, and ever after, I have said that I found his treatment of my clients' request to be reasonable and fair ... wrong, for sure, but judges will make errors and sometimes that is just compounded by angry vitriols or personal biases.

During the trial information was revealed that the prosecution had withheld exculpatory Brady material

As more evidence of prosecutorial misconduct became known in early 2009, Judge Sullivan held four prosecutors in civil contempt of court and ordered a special investigation
Following a Justice Department probe that found additional evidence of prosecutorial misconduct, the Department of Justice recommended that Stevens' conviction be dismissed.
