To understand how Halper, Brennan and co tried to fix the 2016 election, consider this 4-point, tried-and-tested CIA election meddling strategy:
1. breaking into party headquarters
In 1980, Halper allegedly hired former CIA officers to acquire Carter campaign documents. Nowadays, everything is electronic, so he arranged for a FISA.
2. recruiting secretaries.
In 1980, Halper allegedly had junior employees on the Carter campaign supplying him with documents, later found in the opposing campaign’s archive. In 2016, there were numerous “Confidential Human Sources” in the Trump campaign.
