@SenateGOP @HouseGOP 9. Earlier today the #SDNY granted a motion in the case that was submitted on 12/13 and the relief was seeking to change pre-trial dates, the first one was going to be today. It may mean nothing to most folks but to a trial lawyer not knowing that you may have to
10 "file their motions in limine and other pretrial materials (including requests to charge, proposed verdict forms, and proposed voir dire) by Friday, December 20, 2019," and not knowing they won't have to do it until that morning would be mind blowing for me. I can only presume
11. the parties and the court are all on the same page and it likely means this is what's happening.

12. Based on the new schedule we may see something as early as Monday. A plea-deal and superseding indictment in this one should keep all the @SenateGOP @HouseGOP and the RNC up at night. This case is about the "bursts" of Russian money FinCEN spotted after Trump Tower meeting.
