@CIA @JohnBrennan @TheJusticeDept @FBIWFO So unless we presume that Durham is violating federal law and his ethical obligation, Barr has likely used his full declassification authority to leak this. IMO the reporters are allowing themselves to be manipulated by agreeing to not report the source.
If not properly de-classified the reporters could be looking at a James Rosen situation. So, are they are simply assisting in Kremlin disinformation operation? There's your real story. @ktbenner @julianbarnes
