31 packages bought online for Christmas. All delivered, all perfect ... except one.

... I think I've now reached the point that if it's not being sold through Amazon prime then I won't touch it.
Vast majority of what I buy is from Amazon and there are never problems. Every single problem with delivery this year has been when I've gone outside of Prime.

The joke, of course, is that one package I could have bought from Amazon (and in fact have now just done so, to ensure it's delivered on time) ... I only went outside of Prime because I felt a bit guilty of just buying absolutely everything through Amazon.

This, naturally, excludes all those local hand made / hand crafted things from small / niche crafts people which I go and pick up myself.
However, I can't imagine that it will be long until Amazon just becomes the centre for that, for food delivery and for pretty much everything - from diapers to funerals and everything in between.
