If SpaceX launches Falcon launchers 38 times in 2020 and 15 are not Starlink, that would potentially be 23 x 60 (1,380) new LEO satellites in the constellation. 60 of the 573 pound satellites have been launched to date, but not all are operational. spaceflightnow.com/2019/12/20/spa…
