For over 100 years Homeopaths have known that when toxic, severe-symptom inducing substances (molecules) are administered, & in densities less than Avogadro’s Number, then a dangerous toxic response is abridged & replaced by minimal symptoms that accompany healing.
Unfortunately, nature-based Homeopaths were run off the clinical playing field by ascendant politically-connected Allopaths who, in the early 1900’s, allied themselves with the German model of synthetic pharmaceuticals, which promised a more robust commercial dynamic & patents.
An interesting approach to MCAS would be to administer, to those who suffer mast cell degranulation, serial potencies of homeopathic drops made from the same substances that cause them symptoms.
I regard the clinical practitioner class best skilled at organizing & conducting these types of treatments for MCAS would be Doctors of Naturopathy. They carry degree abrreviation “N.D.” after their names. Naturopaths are licensed to practice in certain states; Hawaii is one.
