If the pics & desc. favored state they'd immediately present it w/ Linden affidavit, Rosato report, Birchim+Spiegel declaration for judge to decide if probable cause existed to arrest. It would've been the most damning evidence beyond medical/video proof.

It's deranged how guilters in one breath claim the pics & desc. are absolute proof of MJ's guilt, while also claiming they are just "some photos matching Jordan’s desc." and wouldn't had been enough for state to present as probable cause.

It is clear that the photographs taken in conjunction with Jordan's description were of no help to the state.
They knew that presenting this as evidence would expose how the description was pure guesswork and contained more false characterizations (e.g., circumcised) than not.
