Turkey and Russia work with and against each other in places like Syria but have shared interests in opposing US blocs. It is conceivable that they can divvy up Libyan contracts and elbow out the clumsier players or simply drag the UAE/KSA/Egypt/Israel axis into an unwinnable war
Turkey's Crescent overlays on the Ottoman Empire but America seems to be blind to the threat. Focusing on Russia and China or getting bogged down by tiny regional threats like Venezuela and North Korea. Libya is in play but we are just spectators. This map forgets the Far East.
