I think this is broadly likely although preposterous given that 65% of units and homes in SF are already rentals!
So is it that they worry about new renters in their neighborhood or just that more density will lower value of their SFH. Which...would it even?
If low-income renters fear that SB50’s transit/density incentives would cause more evictions (which...how?) and SFH owners fear it would drive down/level off their gains (which...would it?) could it just be that people fear change.
