New South Dock bridge update
TH Council has submitted to its planning department a request as to whether or not an Environmental Impact Assessment is required or not
In early 2018 we were told construction should have started by now!

TH Council had not wanted cyclists to use this bridge in meetings so it is not clear if this is a change in design/tone or an oversight?

Document says construction start Q1 2020 & take 10-12 months (they do not have planning permission yet) but that there will be a public consultation on elements of the design in Spring 2020?
Given bridge is to be built offsite, maybe this is possible but I suggest unlikely
