Right. I have some GOOD NEWS! That legal case that Arron Banks is bringing against me? The one described as a "chilling" threat to journalism by press freedom organisations? He's dropped TWO of the cases against me. Hallebloodylujah. 🎉🎉🎉
Banks has dropped claim against 1 talk & tweet. BUT he's carrying on with TED talk & tweet 2. Sigh. I'm SO VERY grateful to everyone who gave to crowdfunder. But I've ringfenced that in case of costs. And am launching this to help pay current legal fees

Banks is a bully. He operates via intimidation & threats. This legal action is just more of the same. I've had 3 years of it. I do not have the financial backing of any media organisation so I'm extraordinarily grateful for the support I've found on here

So here it is. Zuck has taken his orders from Trump. Facebook is refusing to ban lies in political ads. It's refusing to ban microtargeting of political ads. Zuckerberg has sanctioned the delivery of toxic lies to voters in darkness...for profit.
