@RosiGabrielle I've a question for you. I saw your tweet about your conversion to Islam. My question is, how on earth can any woman, let alone a western woman adopt this religion after reading hadiths like this one? My guess is that you're unaware of hadiths, the backbone of Quran? Well, in...
@RosiGabrielle that case, let me ask u another question. Did u read Quran fully& understood it before ur conversion? If you did, can u explain to me the meaning of Quran chapter 4, verse 24? I'm asking u about these particular verses&hadiths bcz they're all about women

Quran.com/4/24
@RosiGabrielle Quran 4:24 is saying, Mu$lim men r allowed to se***$%#&use slave women without marriage, but not other normal women.

Right hand possess means property, which means captives/slaves. They r the property of the masters, ie, men, so to use them se##%#&%, marriage is not necessary!
@RosiGabrielle So as a woman, can u agree with this? Taking women as captives, se$%%$$ using them as slaves? Pls don't tell me these r old practices. Bcz Islam says, whatever Muhammad wrote& did r valid until the end of the world. Which means, according to Islam, all these r still allowed. Now,
@RosiGabrielle let's go to one important question.. I've seen Muslims defending this as old practice, practice of that time etc. But the problem with that argument is, Muhammad is not considered as an ordinary man who should follow the practices of a certain time. All his actions, his writings
@RosiGabrielle etc r believed to be with the permission of the timeless god, Allah. God is not bound of any time. No past, no present, no future. It's all one. So question is, didnt that god not know the fact that such practices are ugly? Then why did the god allow Muhammad to do that practice?
@RosiGabrielle Because God is believed to be a timeless entity, there can be only one right & wrong in front of God. It is for the ordinary man that old good practice becomes wrong after hundreds of years because we evolve. We don't know the future, we don't have a permanent right/wrong..
@RosiGabrielle But that's not the case with the timeless god & his messenger. Fot god, there's only one right & wrong & it's beyond time or period. It can't change like ordinary man's concept of right & wrong. So, this punctures the old practice argument of Muslims. Even Islam is against the..
@RosiGabrielle "Old practice" excuse. Like I said earlier, there's only one right & wrong in Islam. Why? Read the above explanation. The right & wrong came to Muhammad from the timeless god allah, so there's only one right& wrong in front of the timeless god. It won't change. Simply saying,
@RosiGabrielle whatever Muhammad said & did& allowed will continue to be valid until the end of the world.

So now tell me, as a woman, how can you accept this religion? I'm looking for genuine answer
@RosiGabrielle As a side note, it's no wonder if you converted to Islam without knowing it fully. Even Muslims dont know. A few days ago, I had a discussion with a Muslim from an Islamic country&he argued that Islam doesn't allow Muslim men to s#%#$&##$ use slave women without marriage! Finally
@RosiGabrielle I had to show him the video of Zakir Naik! I didn't see him again!

Even Muslims don't know about their religion, no wonder if ppl like you say I was unaware of all this!
@RosiGabrielle One more question came to my mind. It's about Quran 4:34

It says this

"Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient,
@RosiGabrielle guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them ....
@RosiGabrielle But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand."

Quran.com/4/34

So that verse is saying, men controls women& if she don't obey, husband can deprive her of s%%#, beat her.

As a woman, do u agree with this?
@RosiGabrielle I'm only talking about certain verses&hadiths here, because you're a woman & these verses/hadiths deals with women. It's not the end of the story though. I can go on like this&take it to Muhammad& Safiyya bint Huyayy marriage& the way it's done! I think I should stop here. Tired!
