🆘 We need the following constitutional amendments or laws:

☑️ A sitting president CAN be indicted
☑️ Mandatory release of 10 years of tax returns for all presidential candidates
☑️ Profiting from the presidency is strictly prohibited & enforced
☑️ Congressional subpoenas cannot be frivolously tied up in court—if legitimate, they go to the top of the docket
☑️ Executive branch cannot block #WitnessesAndDocuments
☑️ The president can’t bribe Congress with campaign donations
☑️ Limits on #Propaganda and #disinformation
☑️ Security clearances cannot be overruled by anyone
☑️ The president must be able to pass a security clearance h/t @kristylove777
☑️ Nepotism laws apply to cabinet members & Congress members & working for “free” is not a legitimate workaround
☑️ Presidential candidates must pass a civics test, an IQ test, a psychological test and a physical test (added from input from resisters)

It's astonishing to me that these 23 GOP House Republicans are slated to vote against impeachment on Wednesday, despite the fact that they are leaving the House after the next election.

Hard to believe that most of these Reps aren't leaving because of Trump's strong-arm tactics.

I'll add (4) lacks the standard transparency we expect from candidates by being one of 3 presidential contenders that refused to release multiple years of tax returns (5) has not come clean about the help he got from Russians during his 2016 campaign.
(6) has made no serious attempt at outreach to Black voters and in particular the Black women who make up the base of The Democratic Party (7) continues to excuse white racism while heaping scorn on so-called "identity politics"
I've actually seen more media conversation of late about number (6) than about number (4). At a time when Trump, Clinton and Stein finances are being widely discussed, Bernie Sanders' lack of financial transparency appears to be the least discussed thing in political media.
