It's astonishing to me that these 23 GOP House Republicans are slated to vote against impeachment on Wednesday, despite the fact that they are leaving the House after the next election.

Hard to believe that most of these Reps aren't leaving because of Trump's strong-arm tactics.

2/ If accurate, this means Democrats have turned away from a slam-dunk bribery case and *ten* slam-dunk obstruction charges in order to possibly garner three votes from GOP sources in the Senate: Romney; Murkowski; Collins.

1. House Dems can #ImpeachTrumpNow with their majority. No more evidence is required.

2. Senate Republicans will almost certainly vote to acquit.

3. Trump will be impeached for history but not removed.

4. Dems can then focus on sweeping in 2020.
