We just had the final call for RISE, our activist/leader bootcamp, that began in early 2017.

We graduated 900+ from RISE in 3 years over 7 cohorts.

20+ have run for office. Dozens more have shifted their local Dem party, risen through the Indivisible ranks, or managed campaigns

Still others have made an impact in school boards, hospitals, coalition building, and beyond.

Our alums are nationwide & international, from every walk of life and background, & not just women. Among our alums we have trans men, cis men, gender non-conforming and non-binary folx

I am profoundly proud of the ripple effect of this program, and all our grads.

It's an imprint of activism and leadership that I hope has empowered all those who walked through it to carry forward a mission of equity, inclusion and power, to make the world a home for all of us.

Candidly, I did not expect in mid-2016 that our women's leadership work would merge so effectively with my activist history into this kind of purpose-driven work, but I am really glad that it did.

Thanks to all our alums for your grace, your hard work, and your vision.

Let's make 2020 ours.
