Nb this is the man who has been on running his own Judicial Power Project Lite through the Reith Lectures which raised the temperature against human rights law and by association (because the public don't know the difference) judicial review
So it's great that he's speaking out now, after what appears to have been a moment of clarity during the prorogation case (which I think he was against before he was for Cherry/Miller) but he does bear some of the blame here
