First the Bernie cult tries to destroy Elizabeth Warren because he got caught lying about her.

Now the Bernie cult wants to destroy Joy Reid, despite the positive coverage she's usually given him.

Bernie cult will destroy anyone who doesn't portray him as a hero genius saint.

If you're a Bernie supporter but you're uncomfortable with the behavior of his cult, consider that Bernie generally does nothing to push back against these antics. His cult has been viciously attacking liberal icons since 2015, and he's clearly fine with this behavior.

To recap: Bernie's campaign got caught putting out dishonest talking points about Warren.

Bernie got caught saying a woman can't be president.

Bernie lies about it, everyone knows he's lying

Bernie's cult decides that this somehow means Warren is the dishonest and disloyal one

Warren is five times smarter and savvier than Bernie. As president she'd accomplish ten times more for the left than Bernie would. Warren would have a far better chance of beating Trump than Bernie would. There is literally no reason for anyone to support Bernie over Warren.

For every 1 liberal who worships Bernie, there are 2 liberals who think he's a toxic egomaniacal idiot. For that reason, he won't be the nominee. Warren could be the nominee. But the Bernie cult wants to destroy her, even though she's their only chance at a progressive president.

If you're a progressive, you can feel the rush of being in the Bernie cult, even though he won't win, and wouldn't accomplish anything if he did. Or you can support Warren, and you might actually manage to move U.S. law and policy in a progressive direction. It's an easy choice.

The telltale sign is that when Bernie's cult tries to divisively destroy another Democrat, and anyone calls them out on it, they accuse THAT person of being the "divisive" one. Classic cult behavior. Fully unaware of the nature of their own behavior.

The Bernie cult insists there’s a media conspiracy against him, when in reality the media goes out of its way to treat him with kid gloves.

The Bernie cult insists he lost in 2016 due to a DNC conspiracy, when in reality he lost by four million votes.

This is mentally deranged.

I’ll vote for the democratic nominee over Trump, even if the democratic nominee is an upturned mop with a bucket for a head.

But that doesn’t mean staying quiet when a joke of a candidate and his psycho cult try to dishonestly destroy a much better and far more viable candidate.

Also, note how the Bernie cult has suddenly decided Warren is an “establishment shill” despite her strong progressive credentials. To the Bernie cult, “progressive” simply means that you worship Bernie. Nothing to do with policy or positions.

Spoiler alert: Bernie's cultists won't vote for the Democratic nominee no matter how much we kiss their ass. Better to call out their divisive antics now, to minimize the damage they can do.

And Bernie's remaining sane supporters desperately need to hear what I'm saying.

For the record, I'm to the left of Bernie, and I'm to the left of nearly every one of his supporters. I just prefer a competent liberal candidate who can actually move things to the left, not an inept far-left stooge who can't move anything to the left.

Even a moderate liberal like Biden or Klobuchar would successfully move the country incrementally to the left. But Bernie is so bumbling and obtuse he wouldn't be able to implement any of his ideas to any extent, so he wouldn't move the country to the left one bit.

Warren would introduce leftist legislation, and try to push the middle into going along with it. Biden/Klobuchar would try to bring the left and middle together on legislation. Each would move the nation to the left. Bernie would just yell at everyone and accomplish nothing.

But in the eyes of the Bernie cult, because I want someone competent who can actually move the nation to the left, instead of a foot stomping simpleton who would obviously fail at every turn, I'm an "establishment shill" and a "corporate democrat." Whatever floats their boat.
