Even while tax regs implementing the 2017 tax law are *very* generous to large corporations and the wealthy.

The next Trump budget is in February, and this is why we have to take it seriously. The Administration has consistently pursued its budget vision of tax cuts for the wealthy coupled with harsh cuts to critical programs in congress, the courts, and regs. /end
