Step back a bit from the head in a like nonsense. Clearly that’s a metaphor for anyone who crosses the President will be destroyed politically. GOP Sens have reacted not only with faux outrage but apparently even saying out loud during the presentation, that’s not true!
2/ An outrage, shocking even to claim something like that could be true. Here I think you get at the reaction. I mean, C’mon! The GOP pols who have even slightly bucked Trump or annoyed him have been driven from office: Sanford, Flake, Corker, Amash.
3/ Unlike Trumps other actions, no crime here. Trump owns and dominates the party. Cross him and your finished. This is not only true but a point Trump and White House embraces time show the price of crossing him. Every person in American politics knows this is true ...

Sharing some thoughts from my seat in the Senate press gallery - about 1/3 full - during Schiff’s closing speech.
Trump’s legal team had thinned out from the main defense table by the time Schiff closed, w/ Jay Sekulow scribbling notes on a yellow notepad & White House counsel Pat Cipollone sitting attentively with his arm on the back of an empty chair.
Lindsey Graham cracked a smile when Schiff made the self deprecating joke about how Trump personally keeps attacking “this Schiff guy.”

Republicans are VERY angry about Schiff’s decision to reference that CBS “head on a pike” report. Murkowski says “that’s where he lost me.” Barrasso says “whatever gains he may have made, he lost all of it — plus some — tonight.”
Several senators in the room shook their heads, audibly said “that’s not true.” Ernst and McSally — two of those swing states Schiff has been talking about! — were visibly upset as they whispered about it after.
Chris Murphy pushes back: “it's just ridiculous to think that these republicans are going to make a decision on impeachment based upon anybody saying something which they feel to be mean.”

Generally my father in law does not introduce me to his friends for investment guidance. 1. Because generally I am extremely blunt when it comes to investment guidance 2. I only mostly explain #risks involved
But I think his friend really forced him so he finally introduced me to this gentleman who retired from government service, has good pension and also has a frugal life style so has lot of money saved. He wanted to invest his just matured FD into a MF because FD rates were low.
After few minutes of talking to him I realised he had never invested any money in #stocks #mfs or any equity instruments ever. As I continued I realised that he wanted to invest this money for a long term and wanted the wealth generated to be transferred to his son.
