1/11: A few facts about the leaked audio and video released Saturday by Lev Parnas' attorney, @josephabondy. To answer questions about the veracity of the video, a thread:
2/11: First, we don't know the veracity. However, there are multiple elements that match the public record precisely.
3/11: It was recorded by Igor Fruman at a dinner they state was April 30, 2018. The video is 83 minutes, 15 seconds. @realDonaldTrump is first visible in the video six seconds in, and Lev Parnas is clearly visible as well.
4/11: @realDonaldTrump is last clearly heard at 1:22:17, for a minimum time window of 82 minutes, 11 seconds.
5/11: On April 30, 2018, @realDonaldTrump had a fundraising dinner on his calendar for 7:20 p.m., ending at 8:15 p.m. However, White House press pool reports from April 30, 2018, filed by pooler Cameron Joseph, have @realDonaldTrump arriving at... 
6/11: ...7:17 p.m. and departing at 8:44 p.m., a time window of 87 minutes, matches the duration of the event recorded.
7/11: There was no metadata on the video files made available to corroborate geolocation or date. The paneling, rug, paint color, furniture... everything matches public photos from the interior of the Trump International Hotel in Washington.
8/11: There is no evidence the file was in any way edited or cut from the moment the recording began until it was ended. It started before @realDonaldTrump entered the room, and ended when people were clearly departing the dinner.
9/11: The voiceprint matches @realDonaldTrump and Lev Parnas and the audio shows no signs that typically appear with surreptitious edits.
10/11: Based on our experience, all the details that should match: schedule time, pool reports, visual details, voiceprint, match. We can say with confidence this is an unaltered file containing audio of @realDonaldTrump that is not in any way manipulated that we can detect.
11/11: We're proofing the transcription now. Due to the audio quality, the FirstDraft is less clean than normal. Will post when complete.
