The #DNCFraudLawsuit is headed to the United States Supreme Court.
We have until March 26, 2020 to file a petition for a Writ of Certiorai (thank you, Justice Thomas for the extension).
This is a formal request asking the Court to accept the case for appellate consideration.

It ONLY says that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will preside over the trial.
Justices in the past have been passive because historically the Senate has conducted legitimate impeachment trials, with witnesses & documents

Of course the presiding judge can choose to defer to Senate rules and allow them to manage the trial, BUT ...
