@narendramodi Modi ji loves the bureaucracy. Even ministers don't have power, only PMO and bureaucracy. Obstruction and corruption is rampant in the rank and file. Bureaucracy loves weak ministers, and "rule-based" governance since *they* make and implement the rules.😏
@narendramodi India has always been highly decentralized. A centralized, controlling, bureaucracy-based approach is exactly the opposite of how India works. Add to that an english-only GST, and technology-based governance, recipe for economic failure.
