I made a promise to myself at the beginning of this interminable campaign that I’d focus on giving credit where due, calling bullshit where I saw it, and trying to share a point of view when I had one that I hadn’t seen elsewhere and had receipts to present when necessary.
As a consequence it shouldn’t be hard to find tweets from me that praise, criticize, and occasionally successfully make jokes at the expense of every single candidate in the race, even Steyer.

I'm literally nerding out on this series of maps I've created. Sometimes a bit of repetitive, mundane work can pay off! These maps show Dem v. GOP candidates at the presidential level by county every four years from 1944-2016. historianstevecampbell.com/uploads/4/4/6/…
You can read it from left to right to see change over time through periods of 20 yrs, which has the advantage of smoothing out freakish elections when something rare was going on or when there was a third party candidate, and from top to bottom to see change between each election
I'm focusing on the South because it's arguably the best place to test the influence of race on electoral returns. You can see the shift of voting patterns between white southerners and African Americans.

I am still avoiding twitter and the news but I had to log on to share this quick. I'm 80 pages into the BS Mueller report and I laughed so freaking hard at Michael Cohen just randomly emailing Russian email accounts trying to find people to help him build Trump Tower Moscow 😂😂

1)Old news boring bs for 99% of it
2)The Special Counsel trying to paint Trump as a bad guy in the summary, story time for the left
3)Assange apparently had no clue he was dealing with the Russians (Guccifer 2.0 and DC Leaks)

Another day at the palace means another day to conform to their standards. This was never how Joohyun wanted to live her life. Paparazzis everywhere and everyone updating on her life. The only way to keep them out was to be cold towards them.
The highlight of her everyday was helping out in the orphanage run by nuns in the outskirts of the city. Where she goes by the name ‘Irene’.

It is where she becomes herself without the worry of people following her every move.
