1/ The Democratic Party establishment is terrified that Bernie Sanders will prevail. Yet Sanders' socialist economic views and extreme social liberalism are firmly shared by the Party's base. The establishment itself doesn't so much oppose them as it desires them to be hidden. So
2/ it will try to cheat him out of the nomination once again. This time, though, it will be more difficult. The Sanders campaign and its supporters have learned from experience. They know that it's happening and will fight back hard. They're not going to take this lying down.
