My opinion is that it should stay - there's a memorial to Holocaust victims close by, and interpretive boards that link the two, creating a through-line of historic anti-Semitism. Valuable and educational.
Of course, Luther was a rabid anti-Semite, although the Judensau predates him. The Nazis later weaponized his anti-Semitic writings during their propaganda pushes.
