@shannon_deisen Sanders getting 100% of the delegates would be another way. Sanders getting 3, Warren getting 2, and Buttigieg getting 1 would be another. This system awards delegates based on the ratio of many people showed to how many people supported each of the final viable candidates.
@shannon_deisen I suppose the point I'm trying to get at, in a rambly fashion, is that it's easy to get supporters of a losing candidate to agree that a specific system doesn't work. But it's hard to get them to design a system *before the voting starts* that will please them afterwards.
@shannon_deisen Iowa's caucus system is heavily weighted by the goals of boosting underdogs who have a chance while culling the "not-a-chance" candidates. It's imperfect and (IMO) too complicated. But the results are an outcome of that goal, not "bad math" or conspiracy.
