2. Here is one tweet / video that is being widely shared... It shows a woman who is complaining of the conditions at the #Fangcang 'Hospital'
3. There is no question this video makes you question what is going on. And it is natural to think this is one of the two 'hospitals' that was recently manufactured in one week...
4. But take a look at this video... which appears to show a local official explaining that the facility is "not a hospital", and people must be able to "take care of themselves".
5. Furthermore... It is essentially a quarantine facility, for mild cases. It's also important to understand that this is not one of the two 'hospitals' built in record time. 'Fangcang' appears to mean 'square cabin'. See below...
