In the last many months, about 30 lac households or 75 lac voters have received a Nill electricity bill in Delhi. The rest have seen a spike of 35-50%.

Thats the reason for Kejriwal’s confidence in Delhi elections.

According to one feedback BJP has a lead of 4% in urban clusters.
In rural/slum clusters AAP has a lead of 10%.
This is raw estimation.
It is essential for urbans to vote, as also the conversion of slum votes. Which is why BJP leaders have been tasked to sleep in jhuggis.

Much like Indira Gandhi, Kejriwal has created and consolidated a religion called poverty.
This election is a choice between benefits of poverty+Izlam vs commitment to India+dev.

It's going to be an awful day. Several hours of debate. Then a vote on second reading. Then, assuming that passes, a vote on the programme motion. Then three hours of committee.

The second reading vote does not seem that important. Many MPs who will vote for amendments, and who might even ultimately vote against the bill, will vote for it at second reading in order to get it onto the amendment stage.
