You should educate yourself on the ugly & disparate impacts of mandatory minimums & mass incarceration policies on black & brown men before you berate and disrespect a black man (and soldier) entrusted w/ the power to mitigate these very injustices by leading the JPR Committee!

Why is this happening? Could it be the 20% of @MDpublicsafety positions left vacant? These dangerous shortages cost Maryland taxpayers $250 million in overtime spending! @GovLarryHogan @GovLarryHogan

And let’s not forget about corruption INSIDE @mdpublicsafety facilities for which you are ultimately responsible @govlarryhogan @larryhogan ! In 2019 @MarilynMosbyEsq indicted 25 members of the Baltimore Central Regional Tactical Unit.
