Last time I checked the laws establishing @CustomsNG, FOREIGN RICE isn't one of Nigeria's contraband goods. How @CustomsNG under a retired Colonel of @HQNigerianArmy, #HameedAli TYRANICALLY directs Customs personnels to RAID retail shops of struggling Nigerians is thus worrisome. 
I ain't making this up, since the #HameedAli led @CustomsNG in DECEMBER 2015, began his UNINFORMED crackdown on even RETAIL SELLERS of foreign rice across markets in Nigeria, he has sent so many struggling Rice Retailers to UNTIMELY DEATHS; DEEP DEBTS; STROKES & ICUs of Hospitals
Before Aug 2019 ACCLAIMED closure of Nig's Land Borders, @CustomsNG had since Dec 2015, TYRANNICALLY TERRORIZED struggling retail sellers of foreign rice, raiding markets at ungodly hours (1:00am-4:00am), PARTICULARLY at YULETIDES, when traders travel. WHAT COWARDICE & WICKEDNESS
@officialEFCC & @ICPC_PE should PROBE all @CustomsNG's DECEMBER RAIDS of rice markets across Nigeria since 2015.
