OPEN PETITION ON THE POOR ADMINISTRATION IN NIGERIAN ARMY
This is a formal petition on poor administration in Nig Army, on behalf of Nig Army serving and retired, it was observed with dismay the poor administration practiced in the Nig Army for a long period of time.

There are major problems that every personnel is so concern and not happy with but because of fear of dismiss, derank, unnecessary punishment makes everyone to remain silent and i fear if continued it will open room for REVOLUTION in the Army now or in the next generation,

some of the problems includes
1.Molestation and In Human Treatment of Other Ranks by some Officers
It has been a habit of some military officers while dealing with Other Ranks using abusive words

sometimes beating and affording In-human punishments to their subordinate (Other Ranks) which has violet the Armed Forces Act of the federation which has given cleared procedures while dealing with subordinate

2.Cheating By The Nigerian Army Finance Corps
It has been observed long ago that there is a lot of cheating by the finance corps in paying of personnel allowances

All military personnel are buying military kits like uniforms boots and helmets/jackets from civilians that is why unauthorised people get access to military kits because it is in the markets,

Army are no longer issuing kits to personnel therefore anyone can go market and buy used it in unauthorised way. It is unfortunate despite the effort of Federal Government to ensure given proper military kits to personnel so as to boost the moral of its personnel in

fighting against terrorism but when the kits reach Nigerian Army Ordnance Corps, they will sold it to unauthorised traders and it will be available in the markets, as a private soldier you have to buy uniform at the price of 17,000 and boot 15,000 making a total of 32,000 out of

your salary of 48,000 only 16,000 will remain to feed your family, the worst is even Personal Military ID Card you have to pay before issued by Military Intelligence Corps.
In view of forgoing i am respectfully requesting the action addresses to take action, please acknowledge
