Someone kindly shared with me (via dm, so I don't know if they wanted to be publicly thanked) a photo of a sovereign card belonging to a sovereign recently arrested in Massachusetts.

Allodial American National: "Allodial" is an ancient legal term meaning "free from the tenurial rights of a feudal overlord." Sovereigns started using the term in the early 80s or so, claiming "allodial title" to their property would stop it from being seized by banks/gov't, etc.
Here the person is using it to identify themselves as something other than a US citizen. Sovereigns typically claim they are not US citizens because they think such people are contractual slaves to an illegitimate gov't created by a conspiracy. So they come up with other names to
identify themselves as "Americans" without saying US citizen. Here it is "Allodial American National."
Appellation: Sovereign citizens often use the term "appellation" or "Christian appellation" to refer to their name--typically to their first and middle names, not their last.

Born Day: Sovereign citizens for years have bizarrely objected to questions about "date of birth," with many claiming they cannot know it because they were not conscious at the time. Some come up with alternative terms, such as "born day" or even "date of conception."
Natural Person: It is common for sovereigns, when writing addresses, creating bogus IDs, or even in court, to stress that they are flesh and blood persons. They do this to distinguish themselves from artificial entities using their names that they believe the gov't creates.
Massachusetts Republic [01854]: It is a peculiar tic of sovereigns to write republic, state or commonwealth after the name of a state when writing an address. The brackets around the zip code are there because sovereigns believe that using zip codes will enter you into a contract
with the illegitimate government under which you surrender all sovereignty. Some don't use zip codes at all. Others have decided that putting parenthesis or brackets around a zip code somehow magically immunizes it from being a contract with the illegitimate gov't. Abracadabra!
Nationality: Moor American. This person is a "Moorish sovereign citizen," a variant of the traditional sovereign movement that originated in the 1990s through the merging of sovereign citizen concepts and concepts of the religious sect called the Moorish Science Temple.
