ONI: I have to go to work in a minute, but here's the sitch down in this nascent industrial brick at c130. 
It's partitioned in two. The right side is the industrial area, the left side is the powerplant. You can see I've got five coal generators up and running. This is only 3kw, but I'm using it to bootstrap.
Not terribly visible, I am running heavy conductive up the far left for a power-spine column. The base is directly above all this, and is currently powered from it's right, but as the spine builds out I will switch over to it.
Above the brick to the right, you can see that the o2 cooling has come on. It's early, not even steam yet, but soon, soon. When the o2 gets in the low 20's I'll start using it in the base. Right now, I'm just using it for exosuits, which are now the universal base exit.
My last build of the o2 cooling I screwed up, off-by-one error on the location of a sensor, and got a 'splosion in the steam chamber. This one we all hope goes better. :)
The brick, especially the power side, will have a full cooling rig, but I'm waiting for steel production to catch up. Thinking I'll get that spine going, then tap my natural gas and start storing it for the next tier of power.
