@pnjaban Just for shits and giggles, I'm listening to @pnjaban and decided to check the voter file.

When we poll, we exclude deceased and recent movers. That is a default for us, and should be for every pollster.

However, I just checked. They represent roughly 1.5M in California.

1. Not that it wasn’t expected, but media coverage after South Carolina is a real disservice.

It’s partly their horse race coverage model, part bias/corruption and part just good old fashion stupidity/ignorance.

Here’s the real state of the race after Joe Biden’s expected win.
2. Joe Biden’s Coalition is still not a minority coalition and it isn’t even a Black Democrat Coalition.

It is a Southern Black Democrat Coalition.

Bernie Sander has done very well among Black Democrats NOT in the South, including just behind Biden in Nevada.

Bill Barr is not the first to link the survival of self-governance to religion.

Ignorance is dangerous.

Washington said “religion and morality” are “indispensable supports” to republican government.

Adams said the Constitution was “wholly inadequate” for non-religious people.
On collectivism, his cousin Samuel Adams said “schemes of leveling” are no different than the false promises of monarchy and “unconstitutional.”

The Constitution was designed for autonomous communities of religious individuals who believed in “the calling”, frugality and virtue.
It is truly impossible to understand how the Constitution conceived the American social contract w/o understanding the Protestant Ethic.

I mean really understand.

You must scour primary source materials and actually get to know them.

They were smarter, more virtuous than us.
