I fully support @rcfp but I'm very concerned abt this legislative effort, which I will detail separately. I understand desire to protect media. I don't understand highlighting prosecutions of "journalistic sources" in their write-up as if legislation wld impact prior cases. /1
These prosecuted "journalistic sources" (which included former clients of mine) had authorized access to #classifiedinfo & signed #NDAs. Legislation would still allow every prior prosecution, would it not? So why hype as if govt did something wrong?
