Trump's extremely forced tone as he reads his scripted remarks suggests to me that he's boiling inside about having to admit that something is going wrong, and that he's going to explode with rage in some spectacular way within the next day or two
This reminds me of when he was forced to semi-apologize for what he said about Charlottesville. Within days, he couldn't hold himself back and went even further than he'd gone before.
Simply can't restrain his urge to downplay: "Some of the doctors say it will 'wash through. It will flow through.' A very interesting term. A very accurate term—I think you're going to find, in a few weeks, a very accurate term."

This morning, @GovEvers declared a public health emergency in Wisconsin. Per @DHSWI's new guidance, we have postponed our annual Founders Day dinner, and urge county parties and candidates to cancel or virtualize upcoming planned events.

#Trump didn’t win the last election in #Wisconsin. If you look at the University of Wisconsin study of what happened in 2016, about 50,000 people couldn’t vote because they changed the ID laws at the last second. So Trump’s margin was BS. realresistanceradio.com/podcast/8-23-1…
