It's b/c she's a negative image, more so in US; more women die from childbirth in a year than people are killed in all the wars put together. Hospitals & other care systems tend to attract sociopaths that harm people, esp, women through denial of service.
Women worldwide of any color or class distinction face retribution from sociopaths enabled by the male endo-idealism. Their first and foremost sin is being born female. Being born outside of one or more endogroup simply increases the likelihood of death and harm.
When a majority of women across all races & nationalities are telling you, "I almost died"; by understanding women's role as a negative image and which endo-ideal their society is built on, is one of the first steps to saving them. Dividing them by endogroup is counterintuitive.
