Good morning everyone. Just a note to let you know I’m fine, but I won’t see you for awhile on TV. Having MS puts me in the “compromised immune system” catagory. Viruses like this can hit me harder than most, with a longer recovery so I have to be cautious now.Not going to lie,
2) I cried leaving work yesterday because I hate when my illness gets in the way of what I love to do. Having MS will never define me, but I just need to be mindful of my challenges and be respectful of what I can and can’t handle. For all of you who are worried about
3) this virus, I am too. Thank you to my bosses and my Fox Family who are so kind and always remind me health and family comes first. I’m praying hard and sending love and virtual hugs to all those who are suffering right now. We will get through this together. All my love, JD

Good morning everyone from Court 30 of the High Court’s Rolls Building in London. We are here for a Bates v Post Office costs hearing. I recently calculated the combined costs for this litigation must have gone past £40m.
We might find out how close I am shortly.

If you want to know how I got to £40+m:

The Post Office has admitted spending £23m on legal fees to end March 2019 (including paying out £6m worth of costs to the claimants)….

We are starting the day with yet more amendments. I have had a cup of tea and the clerk is photocopying and we are now into ‘which amendment is replacing which on the tracking sheet’.
We are on amendment 155, which is the same or very similar to 106E. This is the ‘person born alive’ after a termination. Niall Blair is moving, and has worked with Damien Tudehope on this. As he says- this is what already happens now, and only codifies what we already do.

i woke up in a panic from a nightmare that another one of my favorite nazi was having a hearing at the same time in another courtroom today. nothing will quiet that fear except quickly reading the full day's docket for both county & city courts.
perjury can be difficult to prosecute, but in this case there is video evidence of the incident in question about which kessler gave a false statement to the magistrate.

black lives matter. all cops are bastards.
i’m late for court & my bones hurt. probably slap a content warning for rape & police violence on everything that comes after this.
lunch break. this morning, judge moore started by saying barring black lives matter shirts from his courtroom is not about restricting free speech, it’s about the right to a fair trial superseding the right to express oneself.
he says BLM shirts in the gallery for this case (a white cop sexually assaulting a black woman in her home on TWO occasions) might influence the jury. buddy, if the idea that black people’s lives have value is gonna a sway your jury, y’all have picked a very bad jury.
