Huh, 27 of 30 University of Maryland Medical System board members were also vendors of the system taking cash from their own decisions. Can't wait to read the indictments... @UofMaryland is this corruption acceptable? #ButNothingsHappening
Companies directly affiliated with UMMS board members received $115M in contracts as vendors to the system.

Baltimore Sun has revealed they essentially kept 2 sets of books. Wonder which set KPMG were auditing?

These cases have been slowly unwinding the fraud for several years. Most of the board members cut & ran as soon as the stories broke!

There are almost 700 in custody for questioning counting the 300 who have been charged. Crimes were committed between 2005-2015.

2015 is when the old King died...

Some of it is related to military procurement.
This is a continuation of a several year long effort by MbS & his father to remove corruption from Saudi Arabia. I hope they get a lot of new #receipts!

A grand jury returned additional charges against 11 of the 15 agents in the college admissions bribery scandal, including charges for conspiracy to commit federal program fraud, fraud, wire fraud and money laundering.

Felicity Huffman is accused of paying the mastermind, Rick Singer, $15K for his employee to proctor her oldest daughter's SAT and correct her answers. Prosecutors say her daughter scored a 1420, which was a 400 pt. improvement from her PSAT. #7News
Lori Laughlin and her husband Massimo Giannulli are also charged w/ conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. They're accused of paying $500,000 for their 2 daughters to be designated as recruits to the USC crew team—despite the fact that they did not participate in crew. #7News
