Not the most important thing but in theory this could change the number of delegates that Louisiana gets. (There is a slight bonus for states that go later.) We will do some reporting. The DNC will need to provide clarity about how they're interpreting their rules.
Meanwhile, Wyoming is cancelling the in-person part of its caucus. It's really not a caucus anymore so much as a party-run primary with ranked choice voting (similar to KS or HI) so our model will treat it accordingly.
On Louisiana, its proposed 6/20 date falls outside the window the DNC allowed for primary contests, which creates various logistical complications and could result in penalties (e.g. loss of delegates). We may wait for a bit more clarity before changing the date in our model.
