We hv endless problems today and most of them r self-created. Surprised?

Read on.

To solve any problem requires a stable and presence of mind. An anxious mind is no less then a turbulent ocean. In such a mindset, even if solution presents itself, we ignore it. @anexcommie

Here's couple of incident to highlight this fact (courtesy - WhatsApp forward)

Napoléon Bonaparte is a well-known French Military Commander, he was defeated by allied forces in his last battle and was sent on exile to the island of Saint Helena off the coast of Africa @gary_agg

In his exile, he was visited by a friend, who gave him a square board, saying "it'll help him in loneliness". @hathyogi1 @_Aadishaktii @CosmosSanatan @ruchitweet @HelloNNewman

It's said tht Napoléon was so depressed tht he didn't even look at the board.

Once Napoléon died, his belongings were auctioned (fact), and the auction house when examined the square board, found a map to get out of the island. @BesuraTaansane @cpraghav

Napoleon's anxious & depressed mind did not let him see the solution tht was presented to him.

Similarly, a mouse which with its teeth has power to even hollow out a mountain, does not escape a simple mousetrap made of wood.

Reason, it becomes anxious cos of the close quarters and by the fact tht it's trapped.

Irrespective of whether u r a renowned Military Commander or a mouse and anything in between, an anxious & depressed mind will ultimately lead to dire consequences.

So, whenever u face a problem, take a deep breath and try to have a stable mind. Clarity in such situations helps to overcome the problem. And above all, trust Bhagwan.

My late Grandma always used to say, ur faith & trust in Bhagwan must be absolute. @krithikasivasw @shri_v

Just like a child who's thrown in air but laughs joyfully, as trust the person to catch them and not let any harm come to them.
