**Starting with kids** lots of parents are worrying about how they’ll keep little ones occupied while they’re home from school. The good news is, there are a ton of online resources and many of them are free right now: /2
Kahn Academy offers free online lessons in a range of topics. They’ve created learning schedules that parents can download and tweak with suggestions on how to spend the day for different age groups & learning resources. /3

Scratch is a great resource that has always been free. With this MIT-developed tool, kids can learn the basics of coding (and you can learn right alongside them!) Make games, animations, and interactive stories, and then share them with the community. /4

Scholastic has launched a free “Learn at Home" website that has daily courses for students from Pre-K to grades 6 /5

Movies are moving online, too. Disney+ has the mega-hit Frozen 2 streaming three months before it was scheduled, and NBCUniversal has announced that the movies it had scheduled for theatrical release will now be made available on-demand. /19

The Cincinnati Zoo has launched Home Safari Facebook Live each weekday at 3pm at 3pm EST where they will highlight one of animal and include an activity you can do from home. /21

So many of the suggestions in this list can be turned into (virtual) communal activities: check out the same museum with your friends, take an online course together and hold discussions, start a baking club where to try the same recipes (#NailedIt) /25
Socially distancing ourselves is critical right now, but that doesn't mean we should be socially isolated.
